Thumbnails of case docs on hover

It would be a huge time saver if Neos could show thumbnails of images and documents when hovering over a file in case docs.

Neos - Add ability to have instructional text on tabs

In N4/N5 users could add instructional text to tabs in the tab set up - this would be to provide instructions to staff on how to enter data on the screen. The text would display above or below actual data entry fields.

Direct Line option

There is an option under "phones" in the providers for "Pager" which nobody owns and/or knows what that is anymore, but there's not an option for "Direct Line".
