Make phone numbers include parenthesis and dashes for easy reading.
I have noticed that the parenthesis and dashes are included in the fax but not phone numbers. It makes it very difficult to read off the number or dial it into a phone if you do not have a computer based phone.

Already exists
The example here is that I would like to copy a note to a few different cases. There is no way for me to do that short of searching and copying to the cases one at a time. It is just tedious.

Future consideration
In Needles 4 and 5, each staff could select a scheduled set of time on the calendar. Example, I want the needles calendar to only show times between 9 am and 5 pm.
