Allow checklist items to use checkboxes/specific field responses from tabs as reference objects
I would like to be able to set a checklist item to only appear once a checkbox on a user tab has been checked, rather than only being able to use case dates and other checklist items as reference objects.
The checklist on main page doesn't have a "refresh" button. If changes are made to a checklist inside a case, there's no way to refresh your checklist?!
Drop Down Document from Checklist "To-do" option or Task Option
It would be easier if we had an option for a To do task: to generate a merge document, drop down option, of the variety of letters that we have for Non-Rep created as templates in NEOS.
When loading the checklist summary, it would be helpful to have the options of "past month", "past 3 months", etc. automatically update when bringing up the summary, a "trailing" time frame, if you will.
