Block the ability to change checklist items to other staff

If you remove the ability for staff to modify the checklst, this includes modifications to their own checklist items such as status. This permission should block the ability to modify everything except for the status. That way changes are not made...

You used to be able to see which Auxiliary Checklists were attached to a case in Needles 5, which was useful to have at a glance. Some update has hidden the non-litigation checklists.

Needles should have the ability to notify specific staff or groups when a checklist item is completed. This would make it easier to for staff to monitor and track the progression of cases

Postpone checklist items

Should have the ability to delay a checklist item from loading onto the checklist. For example if I wanted a checklist item to populate 30 days after the COD.
