In previous versions of Needles, you could send a message from the cases from the case tab. In Neos, you have to open up a message and then link it back to the case. It would be nice to have the "Send Message from Case" option back.
Another suggestion would be to make the notes section a little easier to read. With the actual box to type your note so far down the page, it makes it difficult to navigate. I think we should have paging arrows on the notes tab similar to the part...
