Cloud: Calendar subject line

Can we have the calendar show more than just the subject line from the event? We would like to also see the client's name, the staff members assigned to the event, and the type of event.

Cloud - Populate check number in Neos and case number/customer name on check memo

In previous versions of Needles, when processing a check in QuickBooks the memo section would populate with the case number/customer name. QuickBooks would also push back to Needles to update the memo line in the value item with the check #.

Currently there is not an option to disable access to Settings > Integrations and do not want staff to be able to access if they do not have admin rights.

Needles messages will forward to actual e-mail

I loved in older Needles that messages sent to staff via Needles would also get sent to our e-mail as well. Great for making sure that messages are posted properly in Needles, and then makes it easy to search for messages in our e-mails if needed.

E-mail Tag function in Outlook should default search by name, not e-mail.

The e-mail Tag function in outlook should default to search by name, not e-mail since the e-mail search isn't efficient. usually doesn't work and it doesn't fill in properly. Also - you have to click on "name" twice to get it it to stay on the field.

View document from Value/Record Screen

Would like the ability to view bills/records with one click from the Value screen (like viewing the notes) if said document has been scanned to the file.

Text messages should be automatically posted to the notes tab

The integration with texting would work great if the text messages got posted directly to the Notes tab so you do not have to post to needles from your outlook.
