Intake Pro Automation Triggers Should Have Multiple Actions
I would like it if the automations in Intake Pro can have multiple actions to the same trigger. Like when the checklist item is set to Done, have it send both an email and a text to the client instead of only one or the other.
It would be nice to be able to have one screen and enter bulk expenses into multiple different cases from one screen. It takes too long right now when you have multiple expenses to enter for multiple clients.

Case Contact List - Do not show duplicate entries from the same tab
My records tab may show Datafied 10 times. Within the Case Contact List, it will duplicate and show Datafied all 10 times with Involvement on the Recs tab, but I only need to see it one time per tab involved.
With Automation PRO on the intake side of the system, you are allowed to change the stage & status. We are looking for that ability for Automation PRO to also give us the ability to automate the changing of class codes as case checklist items ...
Bulk Actions Notes from the Advanced Search/Reports
I recommend adding a Bulk Notes feature to the 'Bulk Actions' box that appears on the Advanced Search/Reports. This would allow staff with bulk update security to post notes across several cases at once.
When loading the checklist summary, it would be helpful to have the options of "past month", "past 3 months", etc. automatically update when bringing up the summary, a "trailing" time frame, if you will.
