I would like to be able to generate a report that lists all of the medical providers and their contact information for a case. See attachment for an example.

Permissions groups should automatically change staff permissions to inherited automatically.

It would be great to have the ability to pull demographic information of a party by making an option to extract it to send it out with ease. Often we need to send contact information on a party, and it would be helpful to be able to extract the information to be easily copied to a text or email.

All reports totaling amount DTF should have the refund subtracted. None currently do this.

When sending the total costs on a case to an attorney during mediation or any other time, refunds should be automatically subtracted to give the correct amount.

Drag and Drop Files from Emails Directly to Neos

It would potentially save time to be able to drag files directly from Outlook emails into Neos consistently. Some users are already able to do this it seems.

Kenect integration needs to post to case notes automatically

Right now the integration allows you to assign a text thread to a case from Kenect and the "sync" posts the messages to the Neos, but you still have to go through your Neos messages and post each message to the case. Please improve the integration...
