Pronouns should not require a two line if than statement in Word to be used. Create bookmark(s) for them. Call Trial Works, they use "spronoun" and "ppronoun" as bookmarks for pronouns. Surprised they aren't already bookmarks.

Adding more information to subject line when receiving email regarding message received
When having the option enabled to receive new messages and message replies via email, the subject line is very vague. It would be nice to see additional information such as the case information that was attached to the Neos message.
Having 5 flat and 5 list tabs is good but some firms will often use all tabs in all case types. Adding in the option to have 10 list tabs and 10 flat tabs would work as the removal of CRM (another list tab) can be a problem
