With Neos being a Cloud Based Solution, it makes sense that there may be users in different physical offices. It would be nice to have a way to make a note of which user is in which office. Trialworks has a feature similar to this.
Adding a Allow-Not Allow option in the Case Exceptions in Permissions
Add an option to the case exception to have an allowed to see/not allowed to see cases. This would allow people to block access to a whole case type and allow access to one or two cases easily.
Zapier - If Last Name is not provided - auto create as Unknown
When an intake is imported via Zapier, the Last Name is required. If you don't have the Last Name, the intake gets rejected. It would be great if the last name could autopopulate to Unknown if it is not filled out in the triggering event.

Remove the calendar from the records date input bar
Trying to type in a date should not be this tedious - anywhere. Have to backspace or have a calendar pop up that is literally years of clicking through is just... tedious.
Currently, if you select an end date and try to change it the filter will mark the second selection as the start date. The filter should allow us to reselect the end date without it changing the start date upon the second selection.
