Cloud: Add a drop down box for user defined reports, where the user can select "All" for the case type.

#91731: Users currently must type in the case type. There isn't an option to select "All" for the case type.

Cloud: Place "To" and "From" Boxes for dates for the "Reschedule" function in the case calendar.
