Cloud: View another staff initials on party flyout menu
When searching for a customer in Neos and selecting the party, on the flyout menu it would good to be able to change from seeing the primary staff to another staff (such as case manager initials) instead.
Fix formatting for staff phone number when merging
Please fix formatting: When using staff phone numbers in a merge document, they are inserted as one 9-digit number, not formatted as a phone number with parenthesis and a dash.
