Due date on a checklist item should not change to the current date when marked completed

The "due date" should be maintained and another column "date completed" should be added. It is important to be able to see that original due date without having to go to the activity feed to view the change.

Neos: Email Tagging - Also show if the attachments were tagged to the case

While in Outlook, you can see what case an email was tagged to, but it would be better if we could also see that the attachments were tagged to the case.
