Add to staff settings a way to turn off notifications for Premium Texting

We have some staff assignments on case that do not need to see each text message coming through from clients. It would be beneficial to have an option to turn off those notifications per staff/user in their notifications settings in staff profiles...

Allow bulk updating in advanced search to blank

We sometimes have the need to remove a staff member from multiple cases on the case tab but we do not want to replace them with someone else. We just need for it to be blank. It would be beneficial to be able to bulk update those staff assignments...

Have the provider address show in the value screen instead of having to go into the provider tab.

Sometimes we have multiple locations for the same provider and it would help to see the address in the value item and not have to click to the provider card.

Search option opening open cases first!

It would be nice if when searching through Neos if open cases were the first thing to pop up instead of intakes/closed cases!

change flyout list for "provider usage" to a new tab.

I am having to reconcile a provider's usage across several cases (and it's not a "replace provider" situation). I have to go back in to the provider and run the usage every time I leave to reconcile a matter file. Having the list open in a new tab...

text notification stacking

If a text is received and there is an unread message, if they text again, it would be nice if it would just stack that notification of unread messages instead of them each being single and separate.

Assigning checklists or auxiliary checklists to a specific user for all cases

It would be beneficial for the new premium texting feature if you could assign certain checklist items to a user. Then when anyone adds that checklist it auto populates to that user. Just like when you assign cases, you can assign specific people ...

Multiple Referred-By Source Selection

On the Case Tab, you can only select one referred-by source, but if a case is referred by multiple sources you do not have anywhere to enter that information. It would be great if a searchable field had the ability to have multi-selections.

Drafts in Needles

Hi! Would it be possible to enable some kind of feature on Needles so that when we are in the mist of typing a message and for whatever reason Needles shuts down, the computer or power outage, etc., it saves as a draft.
