Move location of select button when searching for parties/providers

When searching for a party/provider once you click on the record the select button shows at the bottom of the page. Suggest moving this to the top of the page or on the same line as the selected record but to the right of State

There needs to be an easy to use list function in template documents so that we can easily total up medical treatment/amounts due/date of treatment or case expenses easily - which we could do in previous versions of non-cloud needles.

Cloud: View Staff if logged in/out

Will be helpful when looking at staff if it will indicate if they are logged in with Y or N as it is in version 4. It would be helpful to firm to be abled to logout a user as an admin from the Staff directory.

Neos - Add notification for user/admin when the link has been broken between Neos and Office 365

When a user changes their Outlook password or 2FA needs reauthenticating they should receive a message to reactivate their email through the Staff profile.

Neos - Add the ability for the Value Category from the CASEEXP to write to Value Category in the corresponding DTF item.

By writing the value category to the DTF item, you are able to group the advanced expenses in the settlement memo and reports by the category.
