Users would like the ability to rearrange the fields/sections included in the standard section of the case tab. This way the firm can organize which information is more important and can be seen at the top of the tab when navigating to the case tab.
There is a date of incident field in the case tab, but not a time. Either allow users to add a time to the date of incident, or create a new field for time of incident.
