Companion Case Screen Should LIst Date of Loss, not Case Opened Date

It would be way more helpful to have the date of loss listed on the Companion Case Screen instead of the Case Opened Date as many dual-crash companion cases were opened on the same date.

Request templates should launch from Records Request Tab directly.

Make the the Alt Case Number (firm case number) the default for reference instead of the Needles case number.

Everywhere, you can see as reference the Needles case number by default. It would be easier for our firm to identify our cases if we could see the Alt Case Number (firm case number) instead.
