I wish there was a way for neos to automatically tag emails to a case - even if it could just tag the replies thread to the case in neos instead of having to tag every email every time.

When replying to an email from Neos, it should reply from the system, enabling the user to be able to send documents from the case and auto-tagging the email to the case at the same time
Have the provider address show in the value screen instead of having to go into the provider tab.
Sometimes we have multiple locations for the same provider and it would help to see the address in the value item and not have to click to the provider card.

All internal email addresses should pop up when sending an email through NEOS/notes tab
Currently only OC's email pops up for us. Would like to be able to type in a few letters of anyone from my office, and specifically my paralegal, and have their email pop up when emailing through NEOS.
There should be a way to quickly see the progress/status of the DocuSign document in NEOS. After a document is sent out for signature, there is no way in NEOS to know if the document was sent and the current status of that document.
