In previous versions of Needles, when processing a check in QuickBooks the memo section would populate with the case number/customer name. QuickBooks would also push back to Needles to update the memo line in the value item with the check #.

When sending an email in Outlook, you currently have to tag the email separately from sending the email. Would like to have the option, like in older versions, where you can just post & send email in Outlook and attach to the case.

You should be able to click on the icon and take you back to the home screen with your appointments and checklists
