Please add the option to open a .pdf in the desktop app for Acrobat Adobe. Similiar to the abilty to open word or excel in the online browser or the desktop app.
Should Not Need to Tag Emails From Sent Folder When Sending From Case Docs
When I email a document from Case Docs and open the email in Outlook, I cannot then tag that email from the Outlook tab. I click on tag, and then it greys out. Even when I send the email, it will not tag. My workaround is to go into my Drafts fold...
Add time duration option when creating a new calendar event
When creating a new event, the timing is an automatic 15 minutes. Most, if not all, meetings are not 15 minutes long and it is excessive to have to change the times, am or pm every time. Please add a time duration option to avoid this.
Please allow the capability to tag mulitple emails at once to a specific matter. It is too cumbersome to do one by one, especially considering the volume of emails an employee receives during the day.

Add to staff settings a way to turn off notifications for Premium Texting
We have some staff assignments on case that do not need to see each text message coming through from clients. It would be beneficial to have an option to turn off those notifications per staff/user in their notifications settings in staff profiles...
