Show full name of contacts consistently across contact cards, cases, views
When one has persons with similar names, it is helpful to how the full name (with initials, etc.) to ensure you are referencing/addressing the proper contact.
Automation feature present when creating or modifying a checklist item.
When creating or modifying a checklist item it would be nice to have the a Automation feature available for editing instead of having to go to a case and select the checklist item and then add the Automation features.
