When tagging emails, have last tagged file appear at top of suggested list
A partner asked me to suggest that the system remember the last file he tagged an email to, since we can't bulk tag emails yet. That way, if he has 7 emails to tag to the same file, he doesn't have to look it up 7 times.

Neos Admin's should have the ability to adjust the Cascading Style Sheets to adjust Padding & Fonts
