It would be useful to star and/or pin important notes in the notes tab. That way, you automotically see the note when you go to the notes tab.

Neos-Ability to have subfolders for Client files in SharePoint

Instead of having everything written to the root of "CaseFiles" you should be able to have more folder stuctures such as case types, closed, broken down by year, etc.
