We want Entry ID as a filter or searchable under Documents view in a Case, currently you cant add it as a simple filter unless you do an advanced search and we dont want to have to do that outside of the case.
Please make a default setting for phone, email and addresses.
As legal professionals, we don't delete records or anything from files. It would be nice to have a default check box to indicate a current email, phone or address to use.
