The case header color blends in with the rest of the page or information on the client case. It would be easier if the case header is a different color for fast reference.

There are only two people in my office that would benefit from Intake Pro. I think it should be sold by seat, not require the entire office to upgrade.
Add a form to set permissions by individuals VS groups.
