Neos Outlook Add-in sort for categories/topic/type when tagging email
Currently unable to sort the categories tagged emails can be added to cases as. This would be especially helpful to firms with many document categories and types.
Remove auto population from the new Message screen.
As it exisits now, the auto population feature for messages in Neos is backwards. Depending on what field you begin with, incorrect information is being presented and/or replacing desired information. Example: When a caller is listed, their phone ...
Neos: Make an option to not post attachments to the documents tab but still list them in the notes when tagging emails to Neos from Outlook.
Users are making a suggestion that when you post an email to Neos from Outlook they would like to be able to just have the document listed in the note but not put the document in the documents tab to avoid duplicates.
There is a tremendous lag in the updates on the activity feed, 3 to 4 hours in some cases. This tool would be more beneficial if there wasn't as much lag and if it would auto refresh as well.
Neos - Ability to formate name in QuickBooks Export
When exporting checks in Needles, names would display first name last name. In Neos names are exported to checks with last, first. Would love to be able to choose which format I want.
In messages: you can edit and choose which columns you would like to see - ex: To/From/Messages/Date sent. There should be a way to save your set of columns. Right now it reverts back to preset ones every time you log out or refresh.
Neos: Make new phone number and online account as default
Currently in Neos, the 1st phone number and online account that is added to a Party/Provider is marked as the default. There should be a function to make any phone number or online account a default like there is for address.
