Save your columns once you've edited in messages.

In messages: you can edit and choose which columns you would like to see - ex: To/From/Messages/Date sent. There should be a way to save your set of columns. Right now it reverts back to preset ones every time you log out or refresh.

Neos: Make new phone number and online account as default

Currently in Neos, the 1st phone number and online account that is added to a Party/Provider is marked as the default. There should be a function to make any phone number or online account a default like there is for address.

Neos - Text Messages Should Update with Client's Name in Email Inbox

Text messages are coming through to the email inbox, but the phone number is not updating to read the Client's name, so users do not know who that client is.

Neos - Layouts have a lot of white space

User would like to be able to use white space to better display grids, forms and overall case tabs. Grid does not allow for full layout flexibility.

Option to Keep Note/Message Topic Label from the Original Sender or Change It

As is, the sender might send a message under the topic "client call' and the recipient has to again label it when responding. It would be greatly appreciated to be able to simply keep the original topic label OR change it if needed.

Allow the import of multiple Phone Numbers through the Intake Import function

The limitation of only one phone number field per imported intake is severely limiting. There should be an option to import at least one of each possible number/email/account type per CSV form.
