Option to select "type" when creating a note from the value tab.
In value tab, you can create a note. It gives the option for selecting a topic, but it does not give an option to select type. This leads to more work forcing the user to return to the notes tab to add a type to the note they created.
Allow custom view/formatting for cases per person's own settings

Same as the column order is remembered, the column size preference should be saved per user per case type. When you resize the columns, then open a value entry, and then go back to the list view, all of the column sizes reduce.

It would be very helpful if we could see at least the first line of the synopsis when searching for cases where the party has multiple cases. Often time we identify the case by the body part which is listed in the synopsis.
