Auto Save Notes

Allow ability to Auto-Save notes in Neos, we had a power outage that wiped out the power for the whole office at the firm, those int he middle of writing notes lost their entire notes.

Neos Advanced Search - Ability to create complex reports with complex calculations

Please add more functionality to Advanced Search. I'd like to create my own reports and not have to send requests to Assembly. We have some pretty complex needs that typically can only be met by sending a request and paying a fortune.

We would like to be able to edit the default email for a provider.

The circle appears in the provider card telling us what is the default email, however, it does not give us the option to change the default. Clicking on the circle of a different email, or clicking the edit button to change the default email would...

Print lists of note topics, case types, etc.

When orienting new users and new employees or when considering adding a category/topic within the firm it would be extremely helpful to be able to print the list of items we already have in the system for training purposes and to avoid duplication...

Ability to tag email with a phone number search

Currently, can search by name, email and case ID but if receiving a message back from a text it would be easier to look up with a phone number search.
