Only Show Open Appointments on Dashboard "My Appointments"
Presently, the dashboard shows all calendar items under "My Appointments" even those that are completed or have been marked canceled on the calendar. It would be nice to only show open items in the dashboard to reduce clutter and confusion.
With the Jan 25 Update users have to go to the Documents Tab and go to Settings to access SharePoint link for the documents of a case. Users would like to have the hyperlink in the Case Tab again for easier access.
Neos: Ability to print multiple notes from case notes tab
Instead of navigating to reports and extensively filter to specific notes you want to print, it would be nice to select multiple notes from the Case Notes List View to select Bulk Actions > Print.
Bring back the CASE STATUS or a report similar to the information provided on case status.

Option to hide calendar items marked as "Done". This would clean up the calendar view and prevent confusion if user's miss the color in the appointment status
