When searching for a customer in Neos and selecting the party, on the flyout menu it would good to be able to change from seeing the primary staff to another staff (such as case manager initials) instead.

Add phone number field to General Information that appears when you search for a party

Since people tend to hold on to their phone numbers now, they are more reliable in identifying possible duplicates than home addresses. But when you go to add a new party , you can't see that info without adding the party fully.

AKA names in search results should be formatted in a bold red font to make them stand out

In Needles 4, AKA names in search results were formatted in a bold red font that made them stand out. In Needles 5, they have the same font as the rest of the general information, making it take longer to determine if you have the correct name.
