Neos - Staff 2 should be listed in Case Search or preview
The Neos case search feature displays case rows and preview, but to access other Staff assigned to cases, you have to enter the case, click on Case tab and scroll down. It would be great to have the ability to show certain staff in the Search rows...

Move location of select button when searching for parties/providers
When searching for a party/provider once you click on the record the select button shows at the bottom of the page. Suggest moving this to the top of the page or on the same line as the selected record but to the right of State
E-mail Tag function in Outlook should default search by name, not e-mail.
The e-mail Tag function in outlook should default to search by name, not e-mail since the e-mail search isn't efficient. usually doesn't work and it doesn't fill in properly. Also - you have to click on "name" twice to get it it to stay on the field.
Cloud: View another staff initials on party flyout menu
When searching for a customer in Neos and selecting the party, on the flyout menu it would good to be able to change from seeing the primary staff to another staff (such as case manager initials) instead.
Cloud: When searching for someone, provide in the search results how the person is related to the case such as in v5.
It would be helpful to see what type of party each personal is, I.E. Plaintiff, Defendant, instead of having to open the case completely to confirm who the party is.

When posting emails, if have multiple emails in a matter, shouldn't have to search under name each time, should have option to post to same as a default.
