She sees the total nunber of items on Needles Today but she wanted to be able to see number before the case number to see how many she has that way as well.

Not all firms use the Case Number or Party Name to identify a case, so it would be nice if the Case Title populated in a message sent from a case to help with identification.
Phone number type should be an editable mini directory
If I want to add in a Phone type of Emergency, I have to add it manually to each case. It would be good to have the phone type be a mini directory so that I can add 'Emergency' into the list.
