An attorney or supervisor can create a checklist item when reviewing a file for the assistant/paralegal and once the task is set they would be able to email that task directly out (like a note).
On the records request tab, going into providers. We should have the note/comment box much bigger. When we make a note it should be going down not side ways.
Remove the 'add Note' button from the head of the case - when suers are on the Notes tab, it is confusing because they think that is where they are supposed to cliek to ad a note.
When you run provider usage for a specific provider, the list only shows case number and not the actual client name. It also does not allow you to access the case from the list.

The 'File Attachments' box is auto-checked when tagging an email, firm would like it to be defaulted unchecked as it is cluttering up the case docs tab with unnecessary attachments
To apply a bulk update(for example, add a type), a user has to check each item. This could be troublesome when updating a considerable amount of documents.
