When you run provider usage for a specific provider, the list only shows case number and not the actual client name. It also does not allow you to access the case from the list.

The 'File Attachments' box is auto-checked when tagging an email, firm would like it to be defaulted unchecked as it is cluttering up the case docs tab with unnecessary attachments
In previous versions of Needles, you could send a message from the cases from the case tab. In Neos, you have to open up a message and then link it back to the case. It would be nice to have the "Send Message from Case" option back.
