Remove the 'add Note' button from the head of the case - when suers are on the Notes tab, it is confusing because they think that is where they are supposed to cliek to ad a note.

Prevent add DTF from being turned off when using the QB integrator
When using the QB integrator, it would be helpful if the add DTF option could not be turned off (so staff can't accidentally toggle it to the off position).
