It would be helpful if notes could automatically be copied companion cases, or alternatively, a select box to do so, instead of having to use the Action function after you post the note. It's too many steps as it is.
When searching 'smith, d' the firm would like to see all results where the last name starts with Smith and the first name starts with D, instead of performing a contains search and showing any names that include D anywhere in the first name.

Have a way to delete/remove an old client from the General Mailing List without having to go into settings and jumping through all the hoops. If you can add from the party tab, why can't you remove or delete. This is a time suck when you have 20 or more birthday cards returned a month for bad address's

Ability to have the entries in the records request tab hyperlink to the bill and record. Could still pull from case docs, but avoids having to toggle back and forth. Same with the Value Tab. If lien is selected, we should be able to click the lien...
