Saving emails to Neos in the outlook email format - The current set-up has emails being saved to the "notes" tab. I actually find this to be extra clutter and the email gets converted as note. It's time consuming if I need to re-send an email that may have gone unanswered. I have to cut and paste into a new email. Emails should save as they are in a separate "emails" tab. So that I can open it and re-send it, if needed. I came from another program where the emails were set-up that way and when opening it automatically came up as an outlook email. Not only is it convenient for the reason mentioned above but it also preserves the entire email thread. The program we previously used, also allowed me to title that email. This would save a lot of time...and money!
User would like to be able to mass update the class type in the case tab
Currently the user has to go through and make a list and manually go through each case and change the class type. she would like to be able to change the class type to litigation for multiple cases
Currently it takes several clicks to add one provider.Typing the name, selecting the search, then selecting the provider to attach to the item.Could this be streamlined for efficiency?
When searching for a party to open their case/intake, it would be nice to be able to easily modify what is visible on the flyout. More information like nots or Synopsis would be helpful to further identify what the intake is.
It would be great if the dashboards could look at a future date range. For example 3 months out, 30 days out. This is a great way to help filter cases that need to go into suit, upcoming trials, etc.
