Neos: ability to remove Neos case # from the calendar event note

In Neos, upon saving a calendar event that has a case attached there is an event note added with the Needles Case #. This is not necessary when we don't use the Outlook calendar and do not have an option to remove this.

CC'ing people on text messages

The ability to cc other parties when sending a text message thorugh Neos would be nice. It posts automatically to the notes, which is great. But, copying other folks via their emails would keep them in the loop without having to look at the Notes.

Tagging Emails is too bulky

It would be more efficient if when you clicked on, for ex, a client's email that when you hit send it automatically posted to the notes like old Needles did and like Neos text messaging does. I spend a lot of time just posting emails to notes.

Whenever emailing a case document from Neos, it would be a neat feature if the recipient would also receive a link/button they could click that would automatically open the case.
