I need to be able to create a birthday party list and then print labels for marketing purposes.
We also did the same with the Holiday Card list in Needles. Printed labels. At this point I am doing birthday cards by hand and will not be sending Holiday Cards unless we can print from Neos.
If someone accidentally clicks on another staff members text, it marks it as read. You should have the ability to make it unread so that the staff members know which texts have been addressed and which have not.

Users do not always want to see the time length when hovering over an event, please add a button or option to turn off/on the event time at will so users do not always have to see it and so it does not get in the way of a user reading an events name.
We cannot review older notifications. I was out for a week and have no idea of what was done or what messages were received while I was out because the notifications do not go that far back.
