Add providers role to a user defined field so that it can be linked to a records tab

Name, address and phone numbers are able to be added to the records case field but not the providers role. Can this be added to the list so that it can be selected

There is a dedicated button to Export Checks or Deposits, but to Process them you have to click Save???

Check / Deposit Requests – There is a dedicated button to Export Checks or Deposits, but to Process them you have to click Save??? It took several attempts for me to successfully explain this to my supervisor. This is not intuitive.

Outlook Post and Send enter case number in outlook dropdown

The Needles 4 add-in allowed you to enter a case number to send and post a message to within the Outlook message window. The Needles 5 add-in requires you to enter the case number after the fact.
