Change default search type to "contains" vs. "begins with" (in grids)

"Contains" allows the user to do more specific searches. Example: Looking for specific reports - most reports start with "Displays..." so searching by "Begins with..." is of no help at all.

Would like the client name in the case header, not just the case folder tab.

When you are in a particular Case and happen to look at another party, the case header should stay the same for the case, not change to the party name. Current structure creates confusion.

Would like Firm Fax Number as a merge parameter.

Increase the character limit of the "Special Note"/ Red Flag

We use this to store key info that the attorney can use at the click of a button over all phases of a case, on some cases we cap out before the case is completed. would be nice to have more space for more info at your fingertips.
