Cloud: Calendar subject line

Can we have the calendar show more than just the subject line from the event? We would like to also see the client's name, the staff members assigned to the event, and the type of event.

Transfers on RingCentral

When a staff member transfers a call to voicemail, it will show up on the communication page so that the admin can see if calls are being send to voicemail or not.

Make the tabs up top of the cases, etc. open , movable.

I always have many tabs open and cannot close the last one on my screen bc the "x" is covered as shown. I need to be able to move that tab and close it to easily access other tabs as I work. Hope that makes sense. Here's a screen shot. Thank you.

Signature line when emailing from the Documents tab

Cloud - Add secondary staff to quick view pane when searching for party

When searching for a party currently, can view primary staff only. Wants to be able to view other staff assigned as well. Can user be able to edit what can be seen.

Dashboard grouping and sorting - allow grouping or sorting on multiple columns instead of just one

This is useful to get more granular with the data I want to pull. For example, show all cases assigned to Case Staff "Paralegal", and sort by both the Paralegal field and the Assigned field.
