Make the task code a required field, or if the user has a default rate, automatically populate the billable amount based on that rather than waiting for a task code to be selected.

Adding a default value category for a provider

it would be helpful to have the ability to set the value category for a provider within their contact card. Example, eServe will always be categorized as filing fees when entering expenses in the value tab.

Ability to set triggers from Date of Birth

We have clients that start their case before their 65th birthday and during the case turn 65 and become Medicare eligible. It would be nice to have some sort of warning or be able to set up some sort of trigger that uses the Date of Birth.

Invoice should pull date task performed, not date entered

Sometimes, we enter our time spent into Neos at a later date. It would be helpful if the invoice would display the date the work was performed, rather than the date the information was entered into Neos.

Option to Keep Note/Message Topic Label from the Original Sender or Change It

As is, the sender might send a message under the topic "client call' and the recipient has to again label it when responding. It would be greatly appreciated to be able to simply keep the original topic label OR change it if needed.
