It would be nice to be able to create document tags as you need them (self building list) rather than having to pre-populate a minidirectory with them.

When tagging email to case, you have to manually type in name or email, but would be nice if it will automatically find a case based on the email or client name in the subject line.

Since the Needles calendar is often hit-or-miss on whether it pulls in the user's Outlook, the Outlook Add-in should have the ability to link events directly to cases so the user can edit them directly in the Case Calendar tab.
