Liability Button

Add an option to include a button we can select that the liability is denied. It can be modified to where it instead of saying "Accepted Liability?" and a checkbox why not have it changed to "Liability Determined?" and three boxes where you can check off as "Accepted", "Denied" or "Pending" or instead of check boxes create a write in box where we can manually enter the information.
