Renaming attachments when saving documents

The current set-up for tagging e-mails is a bit frustrating. It would be nice to rename documents in an e-mail when tagging it to a case. It's unnecessary wasted time having to go into a file after tagging an email with documents just to rename the document. I have used another web-based case management program and we were able to do this.
