User would like the ability to remove themselves as the organizer of the event

In the case calendar and in the global calendar when a users added a event he becomes the organizer of that event. After going in the event and removing himself and saving. When he goes back in the event is still on his calendar.

    Every law firm has administrative assistants routinely schedule meetings and events for which they will not participate. It is important that we be able to create appointments for others, excluding ourselves, on the case calendar as well as the main calendar.
