user would like the able to edit/ resize columns in report layout and save it

Currently in neos if a user resizes a few columns and clicks in to a case. When they go back to report details the layout reverts they changes they made. Along with if they drag columns to the top.

    after the March 15 2023 update the Value columns not adjusting to screen resolution or staying adjusting. I have several users that are having issues with the Value columns not adjusting to screen resolution or staying adjusting. this was not the case before the update and everyone would like the ability to have the adjustments stay.
