Currently, inside of Neos, you are able to a note from one case to another companion, or you can search and select which case you wish to copy the note to; however, inside of Needles 4, you were able to generate a report, and copy a note to all of the cases inside of the report. This is a huge feature for a lot of clients, and it makes life easier when the note is something that needs to be added 100+ cases, and it is not feasible for users to search, and add each case because in some instances there are 600+, or even more.
